1. Presenting Time

  • Oral presenters are required to present at the allotted time to give a 7minutes brief explanation. (Presentation: 5 minutes, Q&A: 2 minutes)
  • Young Investigator Award presenters are required to present at the allotted time to give a 9minutes brief explanation. (Presentation: 7 minutes, Q&A: 2 minutes)
  • All presentations and Q&A should be given in English.

2. Presentation File(s)

  • Each presenter should prepare the presentation file in MS-PowerPoint.
  • Screen ratio is recommended an aspect ratio of 16:9.
  • If you would like to use the congress template for your presentation, please feel free to use it.
  • Presentations must be saved as a .ppt or .pptx file type.
  • If using fonts other than standard MS-Office fonts, or if the presentation file contains animations or video clips, please also save separately, and bring these files with the presentation.
  • Please bring your presentation files with you on USB memory stick.

3. Preview Room

  • All Presenters MUST visit the Preview Room to check their presentation file(s) appear(s) properly at least 1 hour before session starts. A technician will be ready to assist you with checking your presentation file(s).
  • If your presentation file contains animations or video clips, you are advised to check over all materials and technical matters with the technician.

4. Prior Meeting

Presenters are highly recommended to meet their chairpersons or moderator in the session room in advance and take a seat in the ‘Reserved Seat’ area for speakers in the first row at least 10 minutes before their session starts.

5. Audio Visual Equipment

  • -  All presenters should only use venue facilities. Each session room will be equipped with the following:
    • Laptop (operated by a technician at the control box) running MS-Office PowerPoint operated in Windows 10.
    • A smart pointer, a mouse.
    • Beam projector
    • Screen
  • -  We strongly advised against presenters bringing and using their own laptop computers.

6. Registration

  • The presenting author whose abstract has been accepted is required to register with full payment for the congress before the pre-registration deadline (May 2, 2025). If you do not complete your registration with full payment, your abstract shall NOT be included in the abstract book and will be withdrawn.
  • Following the completion of the presentation onsite, the presenting author will be eligible for a discounted registration fee. Reimbursement will be processed after the congress.

Mini-Oral

1. Presenting Time

  • Mini-Oral presenters are required to present at the allotted time to give a 5minutes brief explanation. (Presentation: 3 minutes, Q&A: 2minutes)
  • In order to minimize interference with other presentations, overruns will not be allowed.

2. Presentation File(s)

  • All Mini-Oral presenters are required to submit ‘Mini-Oral Presentation Files’ via e-mail(info@apcmscongress.com). Your Mini-Oral presentation file will be displayed in digital format on high-resolution monitors.

3. Registration

  • The presenting author whose abstract has been accepted is required to register with full payment for the congress before the pre-registration deadline (April 9, 2024). If you do not complete your registration with full payment, your abstract shall NOT be included in the abstract book and will be withdrawn.

Moderated Poster

1. Poster Exhibition Schedule

  • Session Time
    • Moderated Poster Ⅰ: 14:30~15:30
    • Moderated Poster Ⅱ: 14:30-15:30
  • Mounting Time: 06:30~08:00
  • Dismounting Time: 18:30~19:00

* Late mounting and early dismounting of posters is not permitted.

* Please note that we cannot preserve your poster after dismounting time.

2. Poster Session

  • Each poster board will bear the abstract presentation number where authors should set up their posters.
  • Authors should place their posters on the corresponding board and Materials for mounting the posters should be prepared by the authors.
    (Please be advised that the materials are not provided by the Secretariat.)

3. Dimensions and Format

- Please prepare a poster consisting of 1 page including the abstract title, author name, department, affiliation, city, and country in large letters centered at the top of the poster.

  • Size of poster : 90 X 150cm
  • Font size is recommended for 18 to 20 so that it can be easily read from 2 meters.
  • Poster should be self-explanatory.
  • * The forms are proportional, but they are not scaled to fit standard paper sizes. If you use the forms to create posters, please print them according to poster sizes.

4. Presentation

  • Poster Sessions will be divided each group as shown above. Poster presenters are required to present at the poster board at the allotted time to give a 5minutes brief explanation. (Presentation: 3 minutes, Q&A: 2 minutes)
  • All presentations and Q&A should be given in English.
  • Poster presenters are requested to stand in front of their poster board at least 10 minutes before presenting.  The detailed schedule is informed by e-mail.

6. Registration

  • The Presenting author whose abstract has been accepted is required to register with full payment for the congress before the pre-registration deadline (May 2, 2025). If you do not complete your registration with full payment, your abstract shall NOT be included in the abstract book and will be withdrawn.
  • The presenting author and one co-author is granted a discounted registration fee as USD 50 / KRW 50,000. Reimbursement will be processed after the congress.
